History

Erin Webb M.A. LMFT founded social Skills Playhouse in 2007. Her main goal is to provide strength-based and cognitive-behavioral treatment and interventions for individuals, families, couples, children, and groups. Founder and director, Social Skills Playhouse, social skills assessments, trainings, advocacy and groups for children with ADHD, Aspergers, PDD-NOS, Social Anxiety, NLD, Autism and general social skill deficits.

Erin Webb has been providing services to the special needs community for 16 years. She travels locally and nationally evaluating therapeutic schools and has a working background in ABA, residential treatment centers, and out-patient children’s clinics.  Her specialties include child and adolescent behavioral, depressive and anxiety disorders, NLD, ASD, PDD-NOS and Aspergers. Services include but are not limited to assessments, trainings, workshops, treatment planning, groups and school consultations.

We have developed our own P.E.O.P.L.E. curriculum, utilizing the Social Thinking model as our theoretical foundation while also pulling from ABA, cognitive-behavioral, systemic and experiential modalities to promote social understanding in an emotionally safe environment. Students have individualized plans targeting Problem solving, Executive functioning, Observation skills, Perspective taking, Linguistic management and Emotion regulation

Social Skills Playhouse LLC is an unique organization that provides an emotionally safe environment for children to be secure and learn to the best of their abilities, using the P.E.O.P.L.E. curriculum in order to create “out of the box” thinkers with useful life skills.Through this process SSP helps children and adolescents reach their highest academic, social and emotional potential.
