Erin Webb M.A. LMFT – Founder and Director
Ms. Erin is a Graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Diego with a Master of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy. Ms. Erin has been providing services to the special needs community for 16 years. She travels locally and nationally evaluating therapeutic schools and has a working background in ABA, residential treatment centers, and out-patient children’s clinics.
Her specialties include child and adolescent behavioral, depressive and anxiety disorders, ADHD, NLD, ASD, PDD-NOS and Aspergers.
Kelly Bivens, BCBA – Clinical Director
Kelly Bivens graduated with a Master’s degree in Special Education through the Educational Psychology program at the University of Houston in 2004. She was a certified teacher in the state of Texas, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Kelly began her career in the field working in various in-home ABA programs under the supervision of many strong Behavior Analysts for 6 years before becoming a certified teacher. She taught in the elementary setting in self-contained and inclusion settings for 3 years. In June 2004, she was recruited to serve as a supervising Behavior Analyst in a newly formed day treatment program, and aided in the growth of that program from 2 to 50 clients. As the number of Behavior Analysts grew, she served as the Lead Behavior Analyst until January 2011. In this role, she developed individualized programs for each client she served, supervised teams of program instructors, engaged in parent training activities, and developed a fully integrated mock preschool program. Kelly then delved into private practice and provided consultation services for in-home programs and agencies for people with disabilities ranging from age 2 to adulthood. Additionally she served as the Clinical Director for a two different facilities providing behavior analytic services for young children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Currently she serves as a Behavior Analyst for Social Skills Playhouse, a newly established company based in The Woodlands that provides behavior analytic services for children, adolescents and adults in center as well as home and community settings.
